We are a boutique real estate firm with a mixed asset portfolio specializing in multifamily and hospitality, extended stay, ground up construction or value ad.
What You’ll Do
  • Sales and marketing.
  • Brand Ambassador including resident programming and events.
  • Manage and oversee team of 6.
  • Responsible for community outreach and collaboration.
  • Concierge and Customer service.
  • Property Financial Performance.
  • Monitor and review monthly operating results for both the property management and building services operations.
  • Attend management meetings as requested by upper management.
  • Report on department updates at staff meetings.
What You’ll Need
  • 4+ years of property management is preferred (internships included).
  • High-end property experience required.
  • High Energy.
  • Attention to detail.
