Job Summary:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning (HVAC), unit turnovers, carpentry, painting, and other systems.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning (HVAC), unit turnovers, carpentry, painting, and other systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Organize and oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Evaluates systems to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
- Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.
- Responsible for managing the duties of outside trades, contractors, service personal and external inspections
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
- Strong leadership ability
- Experience in supervision of maintenance staff, contractors and tradesmen
- Basic knowledge of building systems: plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC and emergency systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least three years of maintenance experience required.
